None of us puts our heads directly under the headrest, usually we are lowered by some part of the pillow, that is about 7-10 cm. The feet should also not be placed flush with the mattress line, and about 3-4 cm higher. For example, the maximum height of a person sleeping on a King Size beds should not exceed 190 cm.
Another important issue is the sleeping area for two people. If we choose the Queen Size model, each person will be 80 cm wide, which in most cases is sufficient. However, to check if the width of the bed is appropriate, lie on your back on a mattress and put your hands on your hips. If the elbows of two people do not overlap, then it can be concluded that the model will be as suitable as possible for our needs.
